about Ash the Photographer, continued...

I'm Ashley but you can call me Ash. I'm a multi-passionate photographer in pursuit of a career that can be flexible with all the things in life. I started as a Wedding Photographer which I still love doing. All of a sudden I was getting an itch to try something new and things started to fall together. Food photography and styling feels like second nature to me so I'm letting passion and purpose lead the way. I'm basically the "Pinterest test kitchen" and I make beautiful stylings with the result. I can't wait to see where it takes me!

There's a bit more to me than the camera so here it is - I have a deep love for graphic tees and an even deeper love for designing them. I like to paint the photos that I've taken but I don't give myself enough time to do it. I'm a wife to my husband, who happens to be a big fan of my food. I'm a rescue dog mom of 3 (I have a problem saying no, ha!) I'm an extroverted creative by day and introverted homebody by night. If you have me out passed 9pm I must really love you. I enjoy as good book and by good I mean a psychological thriller. I enjoy music in the background while I work but I love a silent walk. My favorite dessert - cookies. I really enjoy working out but sometimes it's just not on my list. Speaking of lists, I love those too. Big fan of movies, but the early 2000's ones made purely for entertainment. Tea over coffee. I'm a pisces so naturally I love to be by bodies of water, particularly the ocean. I love the feeling of Fall and all that comes with it. I can appreciate a good aesthetic, actually I live for it. Well I took a good crack at it, that's me in a nutshell. - Oh, and I love a good pun!
